Questions about pricing
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Contact support@tradersvault.app and we will action your plan change within one business day. The new plan takes effect on your next billing cycle.
What happens when I reach my connection limit?
The system will not allow you to add new connections beyond your plan limit. Your existing connections continue to function normally. Upgrade to add more.
Do I need an account before I can buy?
Yes. Create your account first, then choose a plan and complete checkout. There is no trial period — we recommend exploring the workstation before subscribing, since all subscription payments are final once activated.
Do you offer refunds?
All subscription payments are final. Once a subscription or payment is activated, the charge for that billing period is non-refundable, including automatic monthly renewals. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. See our Refund Policy for full details.
How is billing handled?
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All major payment cards are accepted at checkout. You are billed monthly on the date you first subscribe, and each charge is final for the billing period it covers.
Are there yearly plans?
Monthly billing only at this time. Yearly plans are on the roadmap.
